@Shirotaka92 Well here is my routine
Monday: Chest and Triceps
Tuesday: Back and Biceps
Wendsday: Legs And Sholders
Thurdsay: Chest and Triceps
Friday;Back and biceps
Satuday;legs and sholders
Sunday;Rest
can i train my triceps in the same day with the chest and the biceps in the same day with rhe back ? please reply
how many reps per sets should I do?
excellent vid
yeah! go asian
@southstar0511 Yes, but when you work either chest, back or shoulders, you are only partially working your arms. So much so that they require little time to recover inbetween workouts. One single session for your arms allows you to ensure that they are properly broken down and can therefore recover properly.
Of course, this is what works for me. If you have an alternative path that works better for you then by all means use it.
@Shirotaka92 yeah but your routine consist of using your arms for 4 days straight. So how is that giving your muscles to recover? Even though they are different muscle group you still using your arms.
thaaanks
hey so lets say i’m going to workout monday which is chest… i only do bench press 4 sets and thats it or i do other workouts like butterflys with dumbells or etc…? or another ex lets say i workout tuesday arm’s i only do 4 sets with the curl bar and after each set do 10reps with the dumbells but in hammer position? i need help
@Shirotaka92 is it bad if the only muscles i want to build are my arms and abs?
@OakyDoky24 Do you mean that you have been only training for a week? or do you mean you’ve been training arms everyday this week?
@Shirotaka92
is this true because i have only been doing arms for the whole week. Any advice?
First off, your explanation is crystal clear, thank you.
So I’m wondering, about how many repetitions must someone be able to perform in their sets before switching off to a higher weight?
@ShadowchildCOBHC It’s entirely up to you mate, the schedule ive given is merely an example.
this guy is very wise about lifting weights and actually knows wat he is talking about!
ok.. here is a question. Is it ok to exercise mi Back and my biceps in the same day? The same with the triceps and chest….. …
@Shirotaka92 but wouldnt it be better to do legs on thursday rather then sholders if your going to do tricep work on wednesday then actually do shoulders which also work the triceps?
He said, focus on one training only. Back stimulates biceps and Chest stimulates triceps. I got a question. I only have 3-4 days (mostly 3 days) workout a week.
- 1st day : Chest + triceps
- 2nd day : Back + biceps
3rd day : Legs + shoulder
Since he said those big muscles stimulates small muscles, do I have to work on 2 different exercise within a day?
Thanks for the answer =)
fyi : I’m 20 with ectomorph body, bulking up even I got a blotting fat on my belly
@46zone ..ok…..
@GuSuBc He said per workout
Hello, What do you mean by 4 sets per workout and not per exercise… ???
@umbilicaltapeworm Well ultimately it depends on your body type, for me once a week works best. If you find that you can recover in less time then by all means train each bodypart twice a week.
As for your other point. Yes you do train more than one muscle group per workout, however your arms are only going to be partially worked when you work shoulders for example and therefore are not broken down enough. One session for arms allows you to really break them down.
@Shirotaka92 try telling a powerlifter that. your body tells you when it’s ready to train again. it’s simple, if the muscle is still sore, wait another day before training it. I don’t understand how people think that they are only training one body part at a time. you use your arms when you work practically every muscle group other than legs, so how do you suggest going about working arms only once a week? if you can do shoulder presses without the use of your arms, I’d sure like to see it.
