Hey fatcat669, so I spend over 40hrs working on this video – writing the script, filming it, editing it, and your only comment is that you think I’m a fag? I guess its a darn good video if that is your biggest criticism :)

Hey simbeane, how much fat in a chicken drumstick? There is a great website (nothing to do with me) where you can get the nutrition data from any type of food, you just type in the name and they show you a nutritional label, its great!!! Google “Nutrition Data” and its the first website that comes up. I should have plugged the website in my video.

The first chart shows the amount of calories needed to gain muscle while retaining your current fat percentage (gaining muscle without fat). The 1900 calorie chart is the amount of calories needed to gain muscle while losing one pound of fat per week.

PS. This is dead on and you get right to the point …. ” Well, if you want to eat like an average American, then you will look like an average American – obese and weak.”

Hey Scooby, the first chart you mentioned( 2:56 ) says I need 2400 (I’m 72kg’s) calories per day, while the other chart says I need 1900 calories. What’s the difference? Anyway I love your video’s, and you’ve teached me quite a lot about bodybuilding!

I found some yogurt that has 18g protein and only 8g sugar per 1 serving. Chobani nonfat plain yogurt. It does taste sour, but it also has 5 probiotics in it, which is excellent. It’s pretty good, for yogurt, nutrition-wise, anyway.

Thanks for the video, Mr Vin Diesel look-alike! Your videos are a great mix of humour, good advise and expertise in nutrition. Here in the England the labels don’t state how much calories from fat. This video helped me confirm that 1g of fat has approx. 9 calories, so a food with 100 total calories and 7g of fat means 63 calories from fat (9×7). Every one should owe it to you when they look in the mirror and be impressed with their results. *Thumbs up*

work only till your left arm cant perform. Your right will go down and your left will get better. Eventually they will even out and you can work them together again.

By the way, I was in no danger during the train scene (trick photography); however, the camera suffered a fatal injury :( The tripod was about 10′ away from the tracks when the train came by at 70mph. The wind from the train completely picked the tripod&camera up, somersaulted it 6′ in the air, and bashed it to the pavement nearly sucking it onto the tracks. Dang, that camera was only 6 months old :(

One final word. I have been repeatedly asked what is so wrong with peanut butter or a burger and why I’m making such a big deal of this nutrition stuff. Well, if you want to eat like an average American, then you will look like an average American – obese and weak. If you want to be muscular and ripped then you need excellent nutrition and a big part of that is being able to read labels so you know what you are eating.
