Try and use Apple sauce, that is how I am taking mine. like 1/2 cup apple sauce then sprinkle it on it with one scoop. Then I shurgar and cinnimon it to tast. It might feel like tofue yet with every scoop you can take a small scoop of apple sauce that it is not mixed in and it works for me just fine. drink plenty of watter and it is yummy and works I started yesterday and so far lost 4lb.
