@iiTory Yes, crabby and tired are detox symptoms and happen to people usually on day 2 and 3. Did you make it past that? Or were you told that you’d be crabby and tired all through the Master Cleanse?

@PockieMonstre No, but you may feel hungry for the next couple days until your body begins burning fat again. It depends on how much you ate.

I feel really bad:*( This is my third night, and I ate three baby carrots….Will that ruin the master cleansing process??

I did the master cleanse – the first three days were rough. I was crabby. But after that, I felt great. Tons of energy, happy, not hungry. I only did it for 10 days but could have gone for longer!

Hmmm…I’ve heard good things about the MC. I think when Tyra said it makes people tired she was unknowingly referring to detox symptoms. Is this possible? Maybe those who’ve tried it haven’t given their bodies enough time to really detox.

We’ve got hundreds of people doing it this month with 24/7 support and I’m sure some are starting Jan 18. Go to TheRawFoodSite (dot) com (forward slash) forum and sign up for free for our 6th annual January Master Cleanse.

If you’re asking about the original, time-tested Master Cleanse developed by Stanley Burroughs, none. Other people have injected their own thoughts, but in my coaching I’ve always found the following Stanley Burroughs’ instructions exactly produced the best results.

Ha! Glad I stuck around for your outtakes. They display a wonderful self-deprecating humor, and reestablish my belief in your sincerity. Keep up the good work. I’m on day 6, having started with info gleaned online, and since a Border’s is just down the boulevard, I’m swinging by to pick up a copy of your book later today.

Tyra will not even acknowledge having a NOSE job I highly doubt she will admit she was wrong in regards to the MC. I like your videos…keep up the good work!

Each 10 oz. drink is 110 calories. So, 11 drinks would be 1210 calories. However, you only have to drink 6 – 12 drinks a day. There is no need to take in 1200 calories. Remember, this is a juice FAST.
Baths would be better than baby wipes.

How many 8oz of lemonade is 1200calories? And if we work out should we take in more than 1200calories? And Ive used baby wipes while doing this. Is that ok or is it releasing toxins into my skin? Thanks!
